Questa è l'App NoidiPoste dedicata del Gruppo Poste Italiane. Qui puoi trovare la rubrica, le principali news del Gruppo e i servizi a te dedicati tra cui le notifiche sulle comunicazioni e cedolini, la gestione delle trasferte e il nuovo servizio di inserimento delle malattie. Puoi lasciare anche suggerimenti o richieste in merito all’App nella sezione “Suggerimenti”.

Personalizza la tua homepage, scegliendo le categorie di articoli preferite. In questo modo avrai facilmente accesso ai contenuti più interessanti. Accedi al menu impostazioni e salva le tue scelte per ritrovare l’homepage personalizzata ad ogni accesso.

Leggi le news: puoi scegliere i tuoi articoli preferiti, ricercarli attraverso la lente che ti segue durante la navigazione, lasciare un commento e mettere un like ai contenuti più interessanti. All’interno della sezione troverai sempre tutti gli articoli pubblicati nell’App. Attiva i filtri, attraverso la tendina apposita, per sfogliare le categorie che stai ricercando e le notifiche per le categorie di articoli preferiti. Potrai modificare facilmente le tue impostazioni ogni volta che lo vorrai, anche nel centro notifiche del tuo telefono.

Ricerca i contatti di tutti i tuoi colleghi nella rubrica aziendale e scegli i tuoi contatti preferiti per averli sempre facilmente a portata di tap.

Richiedi la prenotazione per le case vacanze disponibili nel circuito del Gruppo Poste Italiane attraverso la funzionalità “Camera con vista”.

Utilizza il servizio di gestione trasferte in mobilità, inserisci la tua richiesta di trasferta attraverso la procedura guidata. Potrai anche consultare la tua lista trasferte e replicarne una già presente. Se sei un responsabile potrai approvare le trasferte dei tuoi collaboratori direttamente da App con pochi tocchi. Nella sezione notifiche visualizzi le nuove richieste inserite e lo stato di approvazione.

Usa anche il nuovo servizio di inserimento delle malattie, raggiungibile esclusivamente dall’app, che permette di richiedere e gestire le richieste di malattie in mobilità, in aggiunta alla modalità tradizionale di comunicazione all’azienda. Inserisci una nuova richiesta di malattie e completa i dati con il protocollo del certificato medico e la data fine prevista. E se dovrai prolungare una malattia in chiusura, potrai farlo attraverso la funzionalità “prolunga”, che si abiliterà solamente al termine della malattia in corso: verrai guidato nella maschera di inserimento.

Leggi il tuo cedolino e le principali comunicazioni personali presenti nella tua bacheca.

Personalizza anche la tua barra di stato, che sarà sempre presente durante la navigazione. Accedi al menu impostazioni ed organizza come meglio credi la barra di navigazione dell’app.

Accedi alla sezione pausa pranzo per sfogliare facilmente il menu giornaliero e settimanale della mensa. Se la tua sede di lavoro non ha una mensa puoi comunque consultare tutte le informazioni sul servizio all’interno della sezione.

Consulta il tuo profilo utente, modifica i tuoi dati personali e aggiorna la tua foto, caricala dalla tua libreria o scattati un selfie. Accedi con le stesse credenziali che utilizzi per www.poste.it, abilita anche l’accesso con la tua impronta digitale o face id.

You can also leave suggestions or requests regarding the App in the "Suggestions" section.
 
Personalize your homepage by choosing the categories of favorite items. In this way you will easily have access to the most interesting contents. Access the settings menu and save your choices to find the personalized homepage with each access.
 
Read the news: you can choose your favorite articles, search them through the lens that follows you while browsing, leave a comment and put a like to the most interesting content. Inside the section you will always find all the articles published in the App. Activate the filters, through the appropriate drop-down menu, to browse the categories you are searching for and notifications for the categories of favorite articles. You can easily change your settings whenever you want, even in the notification center of your phone.
 
Search the contacts of all your colleagues in the corporate directory and choose your favorite contacts to always have them easily at a tap.
 
Request reservations for available holiday homes in the Poste Italiane circuit through the "Room with a View" feature.
 
Use the mobile transfer management service, enter your travel request through the guided procedure. You can also consult your travel list and replicate an existing one. If you are a manager you will be able to approve the transfers of your collaborators directly from the App with just a few touches. In the notifications section, you will see the new requests entered and the approval status.
 
It also uses the new disease insertion service, which can only be accessed by the app, which allows you to request and manage mobile disease requests, in addition to the traditional method of communicating with the company. Enter a new disease request and complete the data with the medical certificate protocol and the expected end date. And if you need to prolong a disease in closing, you can do it through the "prolong" feature, which will be enabled only at the end of the current illness: you will be guided through the entry form.
 
Read your payslip and the main personal communications on your dashboard.
 
Also customize your status bar, which will always be present while browsing. Access the settings menu and organize the app's navigation bar as you see fit.
 
Access the lunch break section to easily browse the daily and weekly menu of the canteen. If your workplace does not have a canteen you can still consult all the information on the service in the section.
 
Consult your user profile, edit your personal data and update your photo, upload it from your library or take a selfie. Login with the same credentials you use for www.poste.it, also enables access with your fingerprint or face id.
